Humble Enterprises, together with operating partners Matt and Cindy Rogers, is proud to announce the successful acquisition of SCI Contractors Inc. (“SCI”).

Humble is a Toronto based firm that invests in lower mid-market companies in Canada. SCI is a power distribution specialist for telecommunications in Ontario.

After a transition period Matt Rogers will assume the role of President and operating partner and Adam Krolikowski will join as an operating partner and the Lead Master Electrician.
